The title of this piece actually means submission of one self, religiously.
The set is based on a location near the Holy Mosque, Mecca (the sillouhette on the right). Yet it uses 21st century middle eastern architectural elements and ornaments, using that to portray 7th century idea. (Islam begun at around 7th century)
Its a real life fact, given the current global situation, but I try to put it into a fantasy perspective - A millenia-old religion in dilemma.
Hope is almost the theme. Or salvation?
Modelled in Max and rendered with Vray. Lighting FX in AE and post production was done in Photoshop.
